All tours sold by Brother Tours are subject to the following conditions:

Price and Product Accuracy

 Brother Tours endeavor to provide accurate quotes and product descriptions for all our featured tours, hotel and activities. We reserve the right however to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without liability or prior notice. Fares and rates for airline tickets, hotels and other travel service providers as well as exchange rates fluctuate regularly therefore, we recommend immediate payment to guarantee quotes. Rates will be rechecked at the time of payment and any increases (fares, rates, taxes, etc.) are due and payable regardless of earlier quotations.

Travel Insurance

Tour prices DO NOT include medical or travel insurance and we strongly recommend that you purchase insurance cover, including medical evacuation coverage before your departure.

PASSPORTS AND VISAS:

(i) Passports

Please insure you have a passport valid for six months on date leaving in travel destination and appropriate visas are in order before your departure.  Brother Tours will not accept any responsibility should you be refused entry to a country because you lack correct documentation.

(ii) Passport Details

If applicable, please advise us of your passport details for visa processing/permits at least four weeks ahead before trip begins or 30 working days in advance.

(iii) Visas

Your intended destination country Visas must be in order before your departure. Check visa laws to your intended destination with your Brother Tours  Specialist at least 30 days prior to your departure. Certain countries require passport photos for visa processing, and we advise to prepare these in advance prior to your departure.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

(i) Payment Conditions:

More than 45 days prior to arrival: 30% deposit of total tour price is required.

Less than 45 days prior to arrival: 50% deposit of total tour price is required.

30 days or less prior to arrival: Full payment is required.

30 days or less prior to arrival: Immediate full payment is required upon confirmation of services.

(ii) Payment Procedure:

Payments are to be made according to send invoices only and should be made by credit card or bank transfer. Any bank charges levied by the sending bank, relating to transfers to Brother Tours , must be paid by the sender incase promotion sale  Brother Tours will inform our clients time to time to cover trip payment fee. Payment Procedures will be sent by your Brother Tours Specialist only.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

(i) All cancellations must be made in writing and acknowledged by Brother Tours . A 10% handling fee will be charged for any cancellations of 30 days or more prior to your arrival unless there are any charges or prepayments due according to the policies of hotels, airlines, cruises and other contractors of Brother Tours.

(ii) Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before departure: 10% of total tour price

Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 25% of total tour price

Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 50% of total tour price

Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 75% of total tour price

Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of total tour price

Note: Depending on airlines, hotels and cruises cancellation policies, the above cancellation policy is subject to change.

(iii) In case Brother Tours arranges for land service only without accommodation and airfare cancellation policies will charge as below here

Canceled before 14 days prior date of tour departure is free of charge

Canceled between 7-14 days prior date of tour departure is 20% charge

Canceled between  3-7 days prior date of tour start is 40% charge

Canceled less than days prior tour departure is 60% charge

Note: Depending on destination, airlines, hotels and cruise operator cancellation policies, the above cancellation policy is right reserve subject to change.

COMPLAINTS:

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services while you are on your holiday, you must address your complaint immediately to Brother Tours  via our emergency number or in an e-mail to your Travel Specialist in order for us to take immediate action. If you would like to file a formal complaint, please submit in written form within one week after your return.

Noted: Brother Tours  wouldn’t wish to hear any unsatisfied experience after customer returned home with such as hotel issue, excursion unmatched, tour guides less qualification or other trip featured which relevant to our customer and Brother Tours  specialist team’s confirm agreement, we are seriously request the both side open mind when travel. So, feedback, comment, complain must taking action immediately to find the possibility to replace the satisfaction experience. Trip wouldn’t great beside the customer a great cooperation!

BROTHER TOURS & THIRD PARY SUPPLIERS:

Brother Tours is responsible for creating and booking tour services and otherwise acts as an agent for third party providers in all our destinations. It is our duty and assurance to conduct regular quality control of all suppliers we contract with, however we are not responsible for, and make no warranty or representation about, third party suppliers, their products and services.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

Brother Tours is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any third party suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Brother Tours is not liable in the event of any delay or default in your booked tour package and any loss or damage caused by unforeseeable conditions including, but not limited to, natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, adverse weather conditions, fire, government restrictions, war, insurrections, riots, strikes, terrorist activity and/or any other cause beyond our, and our suppliers reasonable control and take no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays or re-routing, however we will ensure our best possible service to solve such a situation as it arises.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION:

At all points where we collect your personal information, we will store securely and not pass your data onto a third party. We may contact you occasionally with products and services related to  Brother Tours. You may contact us at any time to access or amend your information or request not to receive further communication from us.
