Procedure and Timing

Your legal working documents in Laos will include:

1. Working quotas

2. Invitation letter

3. LA-B2 (Name of working visa)

4. Work permit card

5. Stay permit card

6. Multiple entry visa

7. Health insurance

Applicants must provide the following documents:

1. Valid passport with at least 6 months validity upon exit from Laos

2. Scanned and physical ID photo less than 3 months old.

The processing time is as follows:

Upon your arrival in Laos, our team will meet you to collect your physical passport and ID photo from your hotel. We will then begin processing your set of legal work and residence documents. This process takes 14-21 working days to complete, during which time you are unable to travel out of Laos. However, a fast-track service is available, which takes only 3-5 days.
