Bookings
A booking is confirmed once an itinerary is approved and any required deposit is received. Prices are quoted per traveler and may change until confirmed.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and compliance with the laws of Laos and any other countries visited.
Liability
We act as a tour organiser and are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, or force majeure.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here at the time of your booking.
