Deposits & payment
A deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due before departure as stated in your itinerary. No payment is taken until you approve your itinerary.
Cancellation by the traveler
Cancellations 30+ days before departure are fully refundable less any non-recoverable third-party costs. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to a sliding scale set out in your booking confirmation.
Changes
We will always try to accommodate itinerary changes; some changes may carry additional cost.
Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a trip, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
